Cancellation Policy

The Hub Dance – Private Session Booking Policy Private Session Bookings Private sessions are available by appointment only and must be booked a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This allows your instructor adequate time to prepare for your lesson and ensures studio availability. Bookings can only be made less than 24 hours in advance by contacting the studio directly Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your private session. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your private session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received more than 24 hours before the session will be accommodated without penalty, subject to instructor availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. Failure to attend a booked session ("no-show") will result in the full session fee being forfeited. Late Arrivals Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled end time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full session fee remains payable regardless of arrival time. Instructor Availability In the unlikely event that your instructor is unable to conduct your session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, The Hub Dance will offer you the choice of: Rescheduling your session at a mutually convenient time; or Receiving a full credit or refund for the affected session. Package Bookings Where private sessions are purchased as part of a package: Each session remains subject to this booking and cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from the package allocation. Package expiry dates (where applicable) remain in effect. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for ensuring that the booking date, time and instructor selected are correct before confirming their reservation. Please notify your instructor prior to your session of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.
